Lasting Legacy Campaign

PRESERVE YOUR INDUSTRY

The Lasting Legacy Campaign allows Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association and the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation to have the resources and capability to have a strong home for our members in historic Stockyards City.

Goal: $3 Million

Your legacy will forever be engraved in our industry for generations to come with the impact you make toward the Lasting Legacy Campaign.

  • LASTING LEGACY STATEMENT FROM OCA EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT:

The Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association legacy is being your trusted voice of the cattle industry. Serving our members across the state through legislation, representation, education and more, we work to not only preserve what you have entrusted to us, but also help our youth prepare to take it over. This legacy is one we are proud and honored to have. The Lasting Legacy Campaign allows OCA and the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation to have the resources and capability to have a strong home for our members in historic Stockyards City. The new building will be a statement of our industry and lasting tradition. Your legacy will forever be engraved in our industry for generations to come with the impact you make toward the Lasting Legacy Campaign.

    – Michael Kelsey, OCA Executive Vice President

  • STATEMENT FROM OCA PRESIDENT ELECT:

My family and I live in south central Oklahoma and have a deep love for the land and cattle we are blessed to be stewards of. I am passionate about our membership-driven association that represents us daily on issues important to our way of life as cattlemen and women, and protects our ability to move into the future in the cattle business. OCA is a growing association and along with this growth comes a need for new, improved facilities. I am very excited about the future of this project and hope you will join me in pledging support to a new building, which will serve as the heart of our association and a legacy for future generations of cattlemen.

—Dr. Troy Shelby, OCA President Elect | 2023-2025

  • STATEMENT FROM FOUNDATION CHAIRMAN:

As a fifth-generation cattle producer, it has been humbling to carry on the traditions established by my family so many years ago. The Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association is certainly part of our family’s heritage, and we appreciate their work to preserve our industry. Investing in the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation helps ensure the legacies we all strive to build will continue for generations to come.
